Page Arizona! Home Of Horseshoe Bend!

Page is a city in Coconino County, Arizona, United States, near the Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. As of the 2010 census, the population of the city was 7,247.

Horseshoe Bend is a horseshoe-shaped incised meander of the Colorado River located near the town of Page, Arizona, in the United States. Horseshoe Bend is located 5 miles downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell within Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, about 4 miles southwest of Page.

SPARKLING LAKE POWELL’S A STANDOUT FOR WATER SPORTS IN SCENIC CANYON COUNTRY. THE NATION’S SECOND-LARGEST MANMADE LAKE DOMINATES GLEN CANYON NATIONAL RECREATION AREA, BUT THERE ARE ALSO UNFORGETTABLE, LAND-BASED SIGHTS WHERE SAND, SKY, AND WATER MEET.

The lake is a boaters dream come true! Endless curves, sparkling water, amazing views and docks on every corner along with lots of locations to go ashore and explore the surrounding landscapes.

If you get a chance to explore, I recommend staying for a sunset or get up early for a sunrise, you will not be disappointed.

After spending a weekend here I was happy to have made the trip. Driving up from Tucson I was able to see many unique wildlife and landscapes only found in the Southwest of the United states. Along with Sedona, this is a location that everyone should see at least once in their lives to understand the beauty it has to offer.
